J. Bradney Homes, Inc. is a homebuilder in York County, South Carolina -- just across Lake Wylie from Charlotte, NC.  Homes range in size from 1,800sf to 3,200sf and incorporate open floor plans with large kitchens and some with walk-in showers.  Homes are usually on 1 acre sites and are semi-custom...not tract built, which means you can take one of our existing floor plans and make adjustments so that your home is built to your individual needs and preferences.

Our basic philosophy is to give customers a little more house – for a little less money.

We accomplish this by focusing on cost control:

• Better and more efficient management of subcontractors. We’ve developed a sophisticated scheduling system that allows us to minimize the overall time of construction and maximize subcontractor performance
